One rule sits under every price on this page: the daily brief, the record, the calibration table, and every correction are free, for anyone. What costs money is work done on your behalf: a Watch keeps a question of yours continuously answered and verified; a Read produces one grounded, source-checked answer on demand. Plans bundle those units with service attached, and agents can read the machine-readable tariff directly.

The units

Opening rates, held to the founding-customer promise below. Units ship inside the plans on this page, and unit-by-unit purchase is live for machine customers through desk-issued meter accounts.

How billing works

• Metered means nothing you prepay expires. There is no wallet of credits with a clock on it: work is billed after it is done, and a plan month runs its full month.
• The month you’re in is always refundable. If the desk isn’t earning its place, say so and we return the month you’re in, in full — no forms, no retention call, no reason required. We don’t prorate and we don’t need to: you either keep the month or you get all of it back.
• A Watch cancels cleanly. Cancel anytime; coverage stops at the end of the period already underway, and that month is refundable like any other. The record the Watch built stays on the record, and you still get its coverage-acceptance report — that report grades the work, it just doesn’t gate the bill.
• Rate changes are forward-only. Rates change forward-only with 30 days' published notice; every past revision stays listed here. The dated revision log is public on the machine-readable tariff — no surprise repricing, ever.
• No refund riddles. A Read spent is work done; a Watch month started is a month of work. We say that plainly here rather than hiding it in terms — and if we ever bill you for work we did not do, that is our defect to fix, not yours to argue.

Machines are subscribers here too. The feed is open and anonymous with honest limits; identified keys lift them. The paid path is metered: your bill is actual usage at the tariff rates above, never a preset bundle. Meter accounts are live — the desk issues your identified key, every metered read is receipted, and the get_account tool shows your statement any time. For enterprises

Every price on this page is founding-customer pricing: early customers lock these rates; standard pricing will be higher as the service proves out. We’d rather grow with people who joined early than reprice them.

How the pilot works

The pilot is $5,000 once, for 30 days, and it buys a real deliverable: a working private desk against your concerns, and at the end a written acceptance report against the metrics in the agreement — relevance, citation completeness, alert timeliness. Continue if the numbers earn it: $2,000/mo — annual commitment · or $2,400/mo month-to-month, cancel anytime. If you stop after the pilot, you owe nothing further — and you keep the report.

The pilot itself: send us up to ten concerns — entities, programs, exposures, questions. Within days you have a private desk: every name baselined, watched continuously, briefed daily, callable from your own tools and agents. Thirty days later you judge us on the acceptance metrics written into the agreement.

What we commit to

• The wire, desks, and APIs run on globally distributed edge infrastructure; the intelligence refreshes on a published daily cadence with intraday updates.
• Our forecast engine is graded against reality in public — the calibration page is the referee, not our marketing. Grading lineage for individual Answer Engine reads is being added and labeled as it lands.
• Support and onboarding by email with a one-business-day response target while we are in founding-customer phase.
• The month you're in is always refundable. If the desk isn't earning its place, say so and we refund the month you're in, in full — no forms, no retention call, no reason required. Coverage stops when you say stop, and we never bill a month forward that you didn't want. It covers every plan and metered usage alike, and the Pilot is refundable in full for its whole 30 days.
